Software Developer: STUDENT REPORTS SYSTEM (SRS)
Student Reports System (SRS) was developed using Microsoft Access. This application is designed to efficiently manage and process student academic data for primary and secondary schools.
The core function of the SRS is to centralize the management of all student exam and class scores. Its key features are:
Generate Student Report Cards: The system automatically compiles and formats official Student Report Cards by combining and calculating results from both exams and continuous class assessments.
Generate Student Bar Charts: It produces visual bar charts of a student's term scores, allowing teachers, parents, and students to quickly track performance trends and progress over time.
Show Class Position: The SRS calculates and displays each student's position within their respective class, based on their aggregate scores, providing a clear ranking and competitive context for their academic achievement.
